This project consists of a request for proposals from qualified firms to perform 2011 street network pavement assessment for the city of Milwaukie.

This project generally consists of assessing the street network with the Pavement Index Condition (PCI) method, entering assessment data into the city鈥檚 pavement management software database, and creating a detailed report that recommends a street pavement maintenance/rehabilitation plan and makes quantitative comparisons to other local jurisdictional street networks.

The city desires to complete the assessment by June 30.
