Salem鈥檚 Revenue Building, at 955 Center Street N.E., has five stories of structural steel frame construction with precast concrete exterior panel walls.

Work includes removing the existing U-shaped precast concrete covers over the steel outriggers supporting the concrete sunscreen; cleaning rust off steel outriggers; coating steel outriggers; replacing U-shaped precast covers; removing the existing rod and sealants at exterior joints; installing new rod and sealant; and cleaning and sealing exterior precast concrete panels.

The project estimate is from $475,000 to $525,000. Final completion is scheduled for Nov. 15.
