Portland Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified firms to serve as prime contractor for work at the district鈥檚 Marysville School. This project includes abatement of hazardous materials, demolition as required to access the hazardous materials and general demolition to prepare the site for renovations, which will be performed under a separate contract. The school is at 7733 S.E. Raymond St. in Portland.

Base bid items include site demolition, site grading, hazardous materials abatement, building demolition, and building protection and materials handling.

The construction budget for this work is approximately $300,000.
