This project consists of 100,000 square feet of construction (expansion and modernization) for Liberty High School in Renton, Wash.

Work encompasses demolition of the existing commons, theater, kitchen, locker rooms and associated spaces; construction of a new theater and music rooms, kitchen and serving area and commons; construction of new locker rooms; construction of a new auxiliary gym above the new locker rooms; construction of a new weight room and classroom adjacent to the locker rooms鈥� auxiliary gym; and remodel of the existing counseling and administration areas.

Construction will begin June 22 and take place in phases over 22 months.
