This project consists of chlorination and dechlorination improvements at Elliott West CSO and Denny Way regulator station in Washington’s King County.

Work includes installing hypochlorite injection systems at each of the six combined sewer overflow pumps; installing hypochlorite flow meters in the hypochlorite chemical room; installing hypochlorite sampling pump, chlorine residual analyzer and control valves; and installing a sodium bisulfate flow meter at the Denny Way regulator station. Also associated with the work is painting conduit, pipe and valves installed under this contract and all walls affected by the work. The contractor must provide PLC programming and testing of all control changes made.

The engineer’s estimate for the project is from $200,000 to $300,000.
