This project consists of replacing an underground fuel storage tank at Hazen High School, at 1101 Hoquiam Ave. N.E. in Renton, Wash.

Work includes removal, disposal and replacement of the tank, including all associated piping, valves, sumps and access devices. Also included is the removal and disposal of contaminated soil and groundwater associated with the work. The project includes concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, fuel pump systems, leak detection systems, related electrical work, landscaping, abatement of hazardous materials, and other work.

This project is fully front-funded through bond money. However, this project does involve state assistance, and the successful bidder will be required to complete state forms.
