This project consists of replacing the roof on a Falls City main gymnasium building, an extension area of the building, and an entry area for the school district.

Work includes removal and disposal of old roofing and metal, all new metal vents, flashing, drip metal, pipe jacks, drip and gable metal, 26 gauge metal roofing, and other work. A separate bid amount consists of replacing all of the gutters.

Sealed bids will be opened May 23 at 6:30 p.m., and the construction period is June 13 through Aug. 19.
