This project consists of the demolition of the existing gym floor at Winston Middle School in Winston.

Work includes: supply of a new maple flooring system, including all lines, logos and connections; replacement or repair of affected items such as ceiling grids, ceiling tile and finishes; and relocation of affected items by other trades such as sprinkler heads, diffusers or suspended/mounted furnishings.

Work commencement is negotiable, and the contractor must achieve substantial completion on or before Aug. 15.
