The Broadstone Enso Apartment Building in Portland鈥檚 Pearl District provides residents of its152 units with luxurious amenities, designer floor plans, and striking views of downtown Portland, the Fremont Bridge, and the West Hills.

Featuring numerous bump-outs and balconies, the building鈥檚 exterior stands out with its integration of metal, wood and concrete finishes. The apartments offer tenants a complete complex with two levels of underground parking, first-floor retail space, exclusive artwork, a central courtyard, a聽 fire pit and a community barbecue area.
Yorke & Curtis Inc. teamed with Alliance Residential Company and Myhre Group Architects to ensure that the $22,500,000 project was finished within its 18-month construction schedule.
