The 55-acre EWEB site includes a main electric-and-water-operations center, a warehouse, vehicle shop, covered vehicle storage and a storage yard. 鈥淲e had to do a fair amount of monitoring in the areas we were working in,鈥 Andrew Dykeman, project manager for general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis, said.

Built for LEED gold certification, the building features a unique on-site wastewater treatment feature.

鈥淚t was the hardest thing to coordinate and get up and running,鈥 Dykeman said, 鈥渂ut it is certainly one of the biggest assets to the project.鈥
