This project consists of providing labor and materials necessary for the replacement or installation of carpeting, resilient flooring and vinyl composition tile on an as-needed basis for the Housing Authority of Clackamas County. Some of the project bid items are for labor only because the HACC will provide the materials.

Maximum term of the contract shall not exceed a total of 24 months, and any contract issued shall be for a not-to-exceed amount of $175,000.
