Bid Date/Time: June 10, 3 p.m.

To provide housing for its elders, the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde is proposing to expand its Elder Housing complex in unincorporated Grand Ronde in Yamhill County. The site is adjacent to the tribal headquarters on a 4.5-acre tribal trust parcel and is bounded by the existing Elder Housing community (Phase I).

The Phase II Elder Housing complex would consist of 21 units in 10 buildings with a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. The structures would be one story, and the capacity of the complex would be approximately 41 residents. The proposed action would also include 21 attached parking garages, 24 adjacent parking areas, walking paths and a solar energy system.

Through this request for proposals, the Grand Ronde Tribal Housing Authority is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced individuals or firms for the provision of architectural and engineering design services for Phase II.

The evaluation period will end June 15, and notice of intent to award is tentatively scheduled to be issued June 17.
