This project consists of the renovation of the Oregon Employment Department auditorium at 875 Union St. in Salem.

Alternates include: grounding and sealing a concrete slab under auditorium seating 鈥� concrete finishing, removal of existing carpet adhesive, grinding of existing slab and sealing of existing slab; video conferencing system; LED lamp replacements at existing down lights; removal of existing kitchenette; and stackable (American Seating 40/4) chairs.

The project will start seven days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Final completion is scheduled for Oct. 28.

The estimated cost of the project is from $250,000 to $325,000.
