Before Intel started building like crazy in Hillsboro, the new Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel was the largest private construction project happening in the Portland area. ZGF designed and Hoffman is constructing the building, which is now visible from the Fremont Bridge 鈥� it’s the one big building in the middle of its neighborhood.

The nine-story, 330,000 square-foot building is well on its way to finished鈥� it should be open in February. And now, thanks to the Internet and marketing budgets, you can take a fly-through tour of a computer-animated model. Check it out:
