The Willamette River bustled with activity near Portland’s South Waterfront as crews work on the neighboring Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Bridge and Zidell Marine cleanup projects Tuesday.聽 In-water work on the river will halt after Oct. 31 due to Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife regulations.
