A former furniture warehouse in Southeast Portland was recently renovated by general contractor Mega Pacific Co. for National Marketshare Group, a company that helps manufacturers market their products to Kroger/Fred Meyer and other retail stores.聽 The building received a new two-story vestibule, aluminum storefront windows, and new panel siding, as well as glass-panel conference rooms, new ceilings, lighting, carpets and interior finishes.聽 The building’s updated design was a collaborative effort between Mega Pacific Project Manager Ron Miller, Dan Young of Oregon Business Architecture, and National Markestshare Group CEO Bill Burwinkle.
