Southeast Portland building being renovated for retail

A Southeast Portland building which formerly housed Dow Columbia is being renovated for prospective retail and light industrial tenants.聽 Five retail spaces along Southeast Division Street will include a new fa莽ade and commercial storefronts, common restrooms, new HVAC systems in each unit, and improved skylights.聽 General contractor is performing the work from designs by Dan Young at Oregon Business Architecture.聽 The property is being represented by broker Josh Bean at .
