General contractor is building a five-story mixed-use building, featuring 70 apartment units and over nine retail spaces and one restaurant space, at the corner of Northeast Sixth Avenue and Couch Street in Portland.  The building will feature 12 different apartment layouts, ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom, an outdoor living sundeck with exterior fireplaces, and bicycle area featuring a workbench, bike wash, and storage.  designed the structure, which is due to be completed by Sep. 2012, for owner/developer Central Eastside Investors.
