Prep work under way for TriMet substation solar panels

Crews are installing racking for solar panels at TriMet‘s south terminus substation and signal-communications building near Portland State University.聽 The array will include 253 solar panels, which TriMet expects to produce 67,000 kilowatts of power per year. The racking installation should take two to three weeks.
