General contractor Leonard Construction is performing an extensive renovation and tenant improvement at Beaverton Toyota, from designs by . In addition to the construction of a new carwash and renovated customer care center, both targeting a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold rating, major improvements have been made to a building that now houses a service center, including the addition of multiple entries, vehicle lifts, trench drains, employee locker and break rooms, offices and a parts desk.
