Developers broke ground today on The Milano, a 60-unit apartment project near the Rose Garden聽at the corner of Northeast Multnomah Street and First Avenue. The -designed building will feature small, efficient units and abundant bicycle parking. expects to begin work on the site within the next couple of weeks and finish the project in nine months.
