Officials tossed dirt Monday morning at the conclusion of a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase C of The Yards at Union Station. The development’s fourth and final phase, designed by Otak and to be built by ,聽 will contain 80 affordable housing units. The 91视频 covered the project in December:

The last phase of The Yards was supposed to be completed in the early 2000s, but it was delayed because of market reasons, according to developer . But Portland City Council, the Portland Housing Bureau and the Portland Development Commission recently approved loans and gap financing for the project.
