is renovating a Northeast Portland warehouse for , a distributor of replacement parts to the trucking and automotive industries. The 25,000-square-foot space is being updated with a new workshop area, offices,聽 and showroom/display space. Also, structural columns are being replaced to create access for large vehicles, and windows are bring added to let natural light into office spaces. The improvements were designed by NW Precision Design, with structural engineering by VMLK Structural Engineers. The project is slated for completion in mid-May.
