Robert Cot茅 Construction is performing a full tenant improvement on a shell space at the soon-to-open Union Way retail corridor in Portland. The approximately 800-square-foot space is being built into Boxer Ramen, a noodle eatery owned by restaurateur Micah Camden. Work on the space includes new partition walls, counters, flooring, and extensive CVG fir finish work. Alterations to the space began in late May, and the restaurant is slated to open in September.
