Mixed-use project on NE Sandy nearly complete

An open house was held Aug. 14 to show off The Bindery, a mixed-use building at Northeast Sandy Boulevard and 31st Avenue that is nearing the final stages of renovation. The building鈥檚 first floor will be designated for retail space, the second story will house offices, and a basement-level winery will be the building鈥檚 anchor tenant. Deform NW served as general contractor on the project, which was collaboratively designed by owners/developers Zeljko Grahovac and Sasha Kirovski and Deform NW.
