LMC Construction is renovating a 10,000-square-foot office building and connected 7,000-square-foot warehouse in Tualatin that will serve as the company’s new headquarters. Work on the project includes full interior demolition, installation of new partitions and skylights, a storefront door in the entry and a roll-up door in the break room, polishing concrete floors and installing carpeting, as well as wainscot and tile in the restrooms. The project was designed by Carleton Hart Architecture and is slated for completion in mid-November.
