Skyline Construction is wrapping up the renovation of Hennebery Eddy Architects’ office in the Pittock Block building in downtown Portland. The firm has added approximately 1500 square feet to their space, which now totals 7,244 square feet, and partitions have been removed to create open office space. Major work on the project also includes moving the entrance and reception area, installation of glass-walled conference rooms,  dropping and re-sheetrocking the ceiling and running new ducting throughout, installation of two kitchen areas, new flooring, lighting, and finishes.

Doors that had previously been repurposed as desktop surfaces have again been repurposed as ceiling panels in part of the office. The project is targeting a LEED Gold rating.
