R&H Construction is renovating a 4,200-square-foot space on the ground floor of the 1200 Building at 1200 S.W. 12^th Ave. After finishing a complete rehabilitation of the ten-story affordable senior living home earlier this year, R&H are building a medical facility on the ground floor for the building’s residents.

Work on the Cedar Sinai Park Housing & Services Center includes a full interior demolition and installation of a new storefront, partitions for examination and therapy rooms, offices, reception area, and restrooms. Work on the LRS Architects-designed project began in September and will be completed in mid-November.
