A look inside Washington High School

Over thirty years after students last walked its halls, the 117,000-square-foot Washington High School building is going to see a new life as a retail, office, and event space. Venerable Properties expects to start work later this month on the $18 million project, which will preserve the building’s historic character and give a nod to its history as a school.
