Design/build firm Deform is performing a full build-out on a shell space on Southeast Division Street for Saint Honore, a bakery and café with locations in Northwest Portland and Lake Oswego. The 3,000-square foot space on the ground floor of a new mixed-use building includes new walls, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and floors and finishes. The project features a bread oven imported from Spain and hand-painted decorative tile from France.  Work on the project began in late August and is slated for completion in mid- to late November.
