General contractor TS Gray Construction, a new company formed by Tony Seashore of TS Construction Management and Robert Gray of Robert Gray Partners Inc. , is building a new community center for the Muslim Educational Trust on Southwest Scholls Ferry Road in Tigard.

The -designed building will stand two stories and measure approximately 34,000 square feet. In addition to classroom space for the organization’s schools, the building will house an indoor swimming pool, combination gymnasium/multipurpose room/prayer hall, fitness center, museum and art gallery, science center, and library.
