General contractor KeyWay Corp. is building a pair of mixed-use apartment projects on Southeast Division Street for co-developers Green Light Development and Capstone Partners. Construction of the buildings is the second phase of the D Street Village project, the first phase of which was the renovation of a nearby two-story commercial building. The four-story apartment buildings will include a combined total of 85 apartment units and 48 parking spaces. Work on the $17 million STACK Architecture-designed project is scheduled for completion in July 2014.
