O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders is building a drug and alcohol treatment and living facility in Northeast Portland for and LifeWorks Northwest. The three-story treatment wing of the facility will house Project Network, LifeWorks Northwest’s six-month recovery program for women with children, while the Beech Street Apartments wing will contain 32 clean and sober affordable apartment units.

The project was designed by , and is the developer. Work on the nearly 70,000-square-foot project, which is targeting a LEED for Homes rating, is expected to be completed next summer.
