Building permits issued for May 21-27

  • A $700,000 demolition permit was issued on deferred submittal for tieback anchors in temporary shoring on Mortenson’s hotel project at 619 S.W. 11th Ave. The applicant is Samantha Bakke of Mortenson Construction, the contractor is MA Mortenson Company of Minneapolis, and the owner is United Way of the Columbia-Willamette.
  • A $39,788,291 million new construction permit was issued for a six-story, 266-unit apartment building at 1055 N. Anchor Way. The applicant is Lee Moore, and the owner is Harborsky LLC, which is registered to Eugene Labunsky of Lake Oswego-based West Coast Home Solutions.

Building permit intakes for May 21-27

  • A $1,347,823 addition permit is under review to add a three-story mixed-use building with retail, residential and office space to an existing single-story retail building at 4229 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. The project will include demolition of a portion of the existing building. The applicant is Robert Fabijaniak of Los Angeles, the contractor is Yorke & Curtis, and the owner is Beckwith-Peterson LLC of Sandy.

  • A $1,500,000 addition permit is under review for improvements to the Oxford Suites hotel at 12226 N. Jantzen Drive.   • A $1,400,000 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 7126 N. A separate permit with the same valuation from the same applicant is also under review for a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 7106 N.   • A total of seven new construction permits valued at a total of $2,149,600 are on administrative hold for a series of seven three-story, modular triplex apartment buildings at 14639 S.E.
