Among its project highlights is self-performing site development lots built by partner companies for Northstar Communities. The project involves the construction of 657 single-family homes on 150 acres in Salem.

I&E Construction is building 14 condos as part of Wilson Forest Park Townhomes in Portland. The project contributes to a healthier climate while empowering local circular economic growth through the use of mass timber and is engineered to reduce energy costs and consumption.

Also in Salem, East Park Communities involves site development for 641 lots, and Northplace Apartment Homes will add 324 units to the market.
