The remodel of Stewart Hall ($5,341,357) will involve the basement bike room, first-floor and second-floor bathrooms, dorm rooms, lobby area, residential advisor office, lounge and kitchen area, and staff apartments. The remodel of Odell Hall ($4,717,707) will involve the basement kitchen and bike room, first-floor and second-floor bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area, and dorm rooms. Alterations for each building will include ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical.

It would include demolition of specific foundation areas and installation of new ones, a new access hatch, a new retaining wall, a chain-link fence with a gate, and a new housekeeping pad in the courtyard.
