ACMS Northwest, a Portland-based construction management, inspection services and civil design firm, has built a reputation for excellence since its founding in 2013. Led by CEO Laurie Allen and President Monique Allen, the women- and minority-owned company has grown to more than 50 employees and completed hundreds of projects throughout the region.

The firm consistently delivers work on time and within budget, drawing on leadership with over 95 years of combined experience. Women and people of color comprise 65 percent of staff, with 100 percent of the executive team coming from traditionally disadvantaged backgrounds.

In 2025, ACMS Northwest expanded operations with a Seattle office opening Nov. 1 and launched a specialized AMPP coatings division. The company actively supports future professionals through partnerships with Engineering for Kids, local schools and Oregon Tradeswomen, offering mentorship, internships and career development opportunities in the architecture, engineering and construction industry.
