Anyeley Hallová is founder and chief executive officer of Adre, a socially responsible real estate development company based in Portland. With 20 years of experience and $110 million in realized projects, Hallová established Adre five years ago to create equitable development that benefits communities while opening pathways for prosperity.

Under her leadership, Adre completed construction on its first project and now manages seven active developments in pre-development, with additional projects in the pipeline. The company has raised $50 million in funding for clients and achieved B Corp certification, demonstrating its commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Hallová’s approach prioritizes diverse workforce participation, with a goal of directing 30 percent or more of development dollars to certified minority, women and emerging small business enterprises. In 2025, she was named a Just Economy Institute Fellow. She has published “A Kids Book about Real Estate Development,” the first children’s book addressing the topic.

As a Black woman founder, Hallová champions representation in the male-dominated real estate industry.
