Advanced Tribal LLC, a multidisciplinary design-build and CM/GC firm specializing in heavy civil and commercial construction, has served clients for a decade. The company is 100 percent minority-owned and led by President Leon Araiza.

Founded 10 years ago, Advanced Tribal has grown to 11 employees and reported $5.4 million in revenue in its most recent fiscal year. The firm has focused on expanding its capabilities while maintaining a people-centered approach to construction and workforce development.

Araiza has emphasized creating a workplace that supports individual growth and prioritizes understanding the needs of employees and the broader community. He said the company sought to move beyond traditional corporate models by fostering an environment where workers could build skills and stability for their families.

Recent accomplishments include advancing four apprentices to journey-level trades, increasing workflow to provide consistent employment, investing in training and equipment to take on larger projects, and securing higher bonding limits.

Looking ahead, Advanced Tribal plans to strengthen employee training, improve administrative infrastructure, expand opportunities and build new relationships while reinforcing existing partnerships.
