Carlee Quiles, construction project manager at Mortenson, has built a decade-long career marked by leadership on high-profile community projects and commitment to industry collaboration.

Quiles earned recognition for outstanding project management on the nationally acclaimed Climate Pledge Arena project, where she demonstrated excellence in teamwork and client commitment. Her work has extended to significant cultural institutions, including serving as project manager on multiple scopes for the Portland Art Museum鈥檚 campus transformation and Rothko Pavilion. She oversaw design-assist curtainwall systems, metal panel installations, travertine stone cladding, and substantial interior and exterior upgrades.

Most recently, Quiles led a renovation at the Portland Winterhawks Arena, earning her a 鈥淔ar Superior鈥� rating by the client. Customer feedback praised her budget tracking transparency and constant communication, which enabled stakeholders to make informed decisions on finishing details.
