Lloyd Stoller is associate director and senior construction manager at Turner & Townsend Heery. He has built a 30-year career with various companies delivering successful public and private construction projects, with specialized expertise in K-12 educational facilities developed over the past two decades.

For nearly seven years, Stoller managed some of Portland Public Schools’ most challenging modernization projects, including the transformative Lincoln High School and preconstruction for Jefferson High School. His approach consistently prioritized quality, durability and long-term maintainability while serving as a steward of taxpayer dollars entrusted to PPS bond programs.
Stoller’s leadership style combines technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving. At Lincoln High School, he bridged the design team’s aesthetic ambitions with the contractor’s constructability constraints while keeping the owner’s cost and schedule priorities in focus. His ability to navigate competing needs and balance different perspectives has earned respect from project teams, district stakeholders, designers and contractors.
