Ryan Duffin has spent nearly 22 years at LMC Construction, where he currently serves as vice president of construction. Throughout his tenure, he has been central to the company’s growth and long-term success.

Duffin is deeply involved from the earliest planning stages of projects, helping shape design decisions, set realistic schedules, and identify potential risks before they become challenges. Throughout construction, he monitors progress, maintains quality standards, and ensures clear communication among all stakeholders.

His project portfolio is diverse and far-reaching, with his strongest impact in affordable housing. He brings experience in building communities of different scales, applying care and precision that ensures clients feel heard and supported. Some of Duffin’s projects include Nueva Esperanza, an affordable housing project in Hillsboro; Columbia House, an affordable housing renovation in Vancouver, Washington; The Miller, an apartment development in Vancouver; and Slabtown Square apartments and Monroe Apartments in Portland.

One of Duffin’s key strengths is his ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with owners. He prioritizes understanding their goals, communicating openly, and following through on commitments.

Beyond project responsibilities, Duffin mentors newer staff and shares knowledge freely. He is active in community efforts, believing that LMC’s work extends beyond buildings and into the lives of the people those buildings serve.
