LMC Construction celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024, marking two decades of growth from a small team into one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading general contractors. Based in Tualatin, the company has established itself as a consistent top performer in the region.

In 2024, LMC expanded its geographic footprint by opening an office in Vancouver, Washington, reinforcing its commitment to building and revitalizing communities throughout Southwest Washington. The company specializes in affordable housing, multifamily housing, mixed-use, senior living, renovation, and commercial and hospitality projects. LMC’s projects include Hyas Point in Washougal, Washington, The Holman Hotel in Salem, and the Dr. Darrell Millner building, The Nick Fish apartments and Las Adelitas in Portland.

In 2025, LMC reached a significant milestone by becoming 100 percent employee-owned.
