Gerding Edlen Development will give a $66 million renovation to the Meier & Frank warehouse in the Pearl District. The building will be the new headquarters for Vestas-American Wind Technology.

Furniture store renovated to children’s center
Part of a former furniture store in downtown Lake Oswego has been renovated to become the new home of an interactive children’s center.
Coffee Bean International
Coffee Bean International will soon be serving its brew from a 1,125-square-foot space in downtown Portland. There will be a cupping table where CBI will host sampling of its wares. The new space has finishes of fir paneling, reclaimed wood, caesarstone, wood cabinetry and oak flooring.
