Gramor breaks ground on Vancouver development

Tualatin-based Gramor Development broke ground Wednesday on the company's third major project in as many weeks, a Costco-anchored development in East Vancouver, Wash. Gramor will develop the 154,000-square-foot Costco and another 27,000 square feet of retail space for 15 businesses.
