OSU to build new international residence hall
Oregon State University this May will break ground on a new residence hall and education center at 17th Street and Western Boulevard, in Corvallis.
Riverdale Grade School
When completed in late summer, the two-story Riverdale Grade School will have two dozen classrooms, a computer lab, an art room, a library and offices. The separate multi-purpose building will have a community room, kitchen and a renovated gymnasium.

Top honors for Portland healthcare projects
A pair of Portland projects, the Providence North Portland Clinic and Oregon Health & Science University’s Peter O. Kohler Pavilion, recently grabbed the national design spotlight when the American Institute of Architects honored both with National Healthcare Design Awards.
Rosedale Elementary School
A new K-6 school designed by Mahlum Architects could be the first in the Hillsboro School District to be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certified. Located on a 9-acre site in southern Hillsboro, the $15.9 million Rosedale Elementary School is targeting LEED silver certification. Scheduled for completion this fall, the two-story, 74,100-square-foot building will serve 600 students.
