Hoffman rebids parts of university project
Hoffman Construction, unsatisfied with the first round of bids, is rebidding parts of a project at Washington State University Vancouver.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver, Wash. is remodeling 1,500 square feet of space and adding 2,000 square feet to create eight new patient rooms, a larger birthing center and more staff support space.
