A crew from New Concept Landscape Services of Donald lays walkway pavers as part of a parking lot landscape renovation for Bridgeview Moorage, a houseboat moorage on the Multnomah Channel. The project includes the grading and leveling of the parking lot, placing and rolling a new rock surface, laying pavers on walkways and preparing areas for future landscape plantings. The designer and project manager is Compass Engineering, and the general contractor is Clackamas Construction.

The renovation of the Cora Park Apartments for the Housing Authority of Portland is under way in Southeast Portland. The 10-unit affordable housing complex is getting new gutters and downspouts, doors, ceilings, paint, carpet, plumbing, lighting fixtures and fencing. The remodel, which is being performed by general contractor Seabold Construction, should be finished in early fall.

Zinc and mahogany are used on the new exteriors of the Zinc Condominiums in Northwest Portland. Nineteen apartments at the corner of Northwest Johnson Street and 24th Avenue are being renovated to become one-bedroom units. The project also features bamboo floors, in-unit washers and dryers, secured storage units, and permeable pavers in the parking lot. Brett Crawford is the architect, and Path Construction LLC is the general contractor.
