The City of Portland has issued an intent to award for the Clay-Taylor Reconstruction & Green Streets project that bid on July 7, 2009. The City intends to award the project to Emery & Sons Construction, Salem, Oregon for $2,391,886.50 for being the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for this project after Canby Excavation,聽Canby, Oregon withdrew their bid for $2,046,000.00.

Canby Excavation had requested that their bid be withdrawn after they found errors on the bid form and could not do the project for the price they submitted.
