The City of Salem has issued the bid results for the Robert Lindsey Tower Elevator Rehabilitation project. Bids were received by the City on September 1, 2009 at 2:30 pm.

Northwest Elevator Company from Portland, OR made a bid of $316,875.00 and Reliant Elevator Company also from Portland, OR made a bid of $421,100.00. Both bids were deemed non-responsive as they failed to provide a completed HUD-5369A form.

Project consists of an elevator upgrade including a cosmetic upgrade to cars and elevator lobby at the Robert Lindsay Tower located at 360 Church Street SE, Salem, Oregon.
